Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. The technique uses precisely placed crystals either on and/or around the physical body. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns (grids) within the environment. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human or environmental energy field.

Reiki is an energy healing technique developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. The word “Reiki” itself comes from two Japanese words: “Rei” meaning universal or spiritual, and “Ki” meaning life force energy. Reiki, therefore, translates to “universal life force energy,” the energy that flows through all living beings and is essential to life itself.
Reiki practitioners believe that this life force energy flows through the body along pathways called meridians, which can become blocked or unbalanced due to stress, injury, or illness. The flow of this energy is thought to be closely connected to our physical and emotional well-being.

Past Life Regression
We are excited to offer Past Life Regression.
By accessing the subconscious through a process similar to guided meditation, one can become aware of past lives. The past life you experience is the one that can teach you the most about your current life.
The technique used during past-life regression involves the subject answering a series of questions while in a relaxed state to reveal identity and events of past lives.
Preparing for a Past Life Regression
- Abstaining from drinking alcohol and having a good night’s sleep the previous night can be very helpful. Plan some time off before and after the session, so that you can have some introspection and retrospection. This will also maximize the benefits of a session. Trust your mind’s ability to connect the dots.
- Your Subconscious knows everything about you and will know that you have planned a PLR session, so it will be ready to communicate what is needed when the time comes. It is important to understand that your conscious self will be taking a back seat during the session, so the more you welcome a conversation with the Subconscious before the session, the better prepared you will be.
