How do I pay for group and individual classes?

We accept Venmo, Paypal, Check or Cash for payment. You can find Venmo information on the bookings page.

Are masks required?

As of 07/31 the Governor of Louisiana has mandated masks for indoor use. We will be following this guideline.

What if I don't see a class that I want?

We have a suggestion box at our studio for new ideas and we'd love to hear yours! Please also feel free to email any class ideas to Tyoganola@gmail.com.

What are your Covid-19 Precautions?

We no longer require proof of Covid vaccination. Masks are optional.
